Delivery/Setup/Return

Q: What are the charges for delivery, installation, and pick up?

At this time, delivery, installation, and pickup are free of charge. We welcome the opportunity for personal interactions with our clients and look forward to forging and fostering new relationships through those interactions. 

 

Q: What areas does The Curated Table serve?

The Curated Table provides services to clients within twenty-five miles driving distance from the St. Louis area.  We do make exceptions depending on the order request, so please send us a message or give us a call.

 

Q: Can I pick up the tablescape myself?

Not at this time, but as we continue to evolve and grow, we hope to provide an automated option to meet the requests of our clients, as needed. 

 

Q: Do you ship?

Due to the delicate nature of our collection we do not ship any of our pieces at this time. Please check back in the future though.  

Reserving Your Date

Q: How far in advance should I reserve my date?

We are happy to entertain orders under any timeframe, however, due to the expected demand, we would recommend reserving your date at least 2 weeks in advance.  Please note that reserving your date, does not automatically ensure that we will be able to accommodate your request. We will provide written confimation that your request has been accepted by The Curated Table. 

 

Q: What forms of payment do you request?

Our e-commerce system accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

As long as items are not reserved by another client, you can make quantity changes to your order. 

 

Q: Do I need to give a deposit?

No. When you reserve your date, The Curated Table will pre-authorize your card for the full amount, though no charges will be processed. Once your tablescape is confirmed to be available for your desired date, we will charge the full rental amount. 

 

Q: What if rental items are broken?

No worries.  We understand accidents happen.  If the item can be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item. If your rented piece cannot be cleaned or repaired (lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), we will charge your credit card on file two times the cost of the item for replacement.

Styling & Custom Curations

Q: I’m interested in using your curations for a photoshoot. Does The Curated Table engage in  collaborations?

We are excited to collaborate and work with other creatives in the area. We do not rent by the hour for such projects, but do offer a trade discount to those who would like to use our items as props for special projects. Just drop us a note and tell us a little bit about who you are, your vision for the project or photo shoot, and how long you would like to rent the items.

Q: I have a specific idea in mind I need help bringing to life. Does The Curated Table provide custom curations? 

Yes! We love working with our clients on specialty projects! Send us a message and we’ll get you a custom quote for your project.
